Shipping policy

Shipping & Returns

We offer worldwide shipping (excluding India). For domestic orders, the brand offers free shipping within the continental US for orders of $250 and above. For international orders, shipping rates will be displayed at checkout, based on location, package weight, order amount and the prevailing exchange rate. All customs and duties will be calculated and charged upon checkout. 

Once your order is confirmed over email, please allow for an additional 2 days processing time. Our warehouse needs to do the requisite quality checks so that we can ship a beautifully packaged Verandah product to you.

In line with our core values of sustainability, the brand uses carbon neutral shipping via UPS and will plant one tree for every customer purchase. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays and we do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. We do not offer weekend delivery. If you have paid for a pre-order, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery (or as otherwise indicated). 

Returns will be accepted within 21 days of fulfilment. Please go to https://www.studioverandah.com/a/returns to initiate a return. For US returns, we charge a $25 processing fee per piece (inclusive of shipping fees).

For all returns, please note that we will only accept unused, unworn garments that have the tags and packaging intact. The brand reserves the right to accept or reject returns based on return quality checks and policy.

For swimwear, returns will not be accepted if the hygiene label has been removed. We do permit exchanges, but only within the US, and in original packaging only. 

Currently we only accept exchanges for size only. Our return policy is applicable only for online orders, and will be the same for items available for sale and for pre-order.

At this point in time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges for international orders and SALE iteams. In case the item you have received is damaged or the wrong item, please write to us at customerservice@studioverandah.com.
