When will I receive my order?

    Our warehouse takes 2-3 business days to process an order. Pre-orders take 2-4 weeks to ship out (or as otherwise indicated). Domestic orders will be delivered by UPS Ground 1-5 business days post order processing. Expedited shipping is available at a fee. For international orders, estimated delivery times will be indicated at checkout, and will vary based on region. 

     

    Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel your order. Please get in touch with us at customerservice@studioverandah.com in case of exceptional situations, and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

     

    How do I return an item?

    Returns will be accepted if initiated within 14 days of delivery date of your order. To initiate a return, please click on X (same hyperlink), where you will be able to download a return label. We will require your order number to initiate the return. Returns are processed automatically, and we will give you an instant credit (only for US orders) to shop Verandah while your return is being processed. The instant credit is net of our return processing fee ($15 for processing & shipping). If you decide not to use the instant credit, you will be refunded once your order is received at our warehouse. Instant credit cannot be given on international returns.

     

    Can I exchange an item?

    Exchanges will be for the same style only (US orders only). We are not accepting exchanges on international orders.

     

     My product is damaged. What do I do?

    Each of our exquisitely hand crafted garments goes through multiple quality checks, not just at our facility, but also at our warehouse. In the case that you have received a damaged product, please accept our sincere apology and email us at customerservice@studioverandah.com to initiate a refund or exchange.

    Please ensure that you send us a photograph of the damaged item within 12 hours of receipt, to the email address stated above. This will enable us to initiate processing the return. You will note that we attach a small bag of materials with each embroidered garment, as the beads that have been meticulously hand embroidered may need to be repaired in due course of time.

     

    Can I buy a gift card?

    We would love for you to gift Verandah. Gift cards are available in denominations of $50. Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

     

    Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
    Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
