THE FIRST HOUSE
We collaborated with The First House for our campaign shoot, a plush 10 bed single key Portuguese colonial home, originally built in 1896, tucked away in the idyllic village of Saligao.
The Villa is set on 2 acres of serenity where refined elegance meets total relaxation and you step into a world of luxury and comfort while enjoying special moments with family and friends.
The interiors have a sense of grandeur while retaining the simplicity and warmth of a home to suit the taste of the discerning traveler.
It has high ceilings, tastefully furnished and air-conditioned en suite rooms, with large verandas, abundant natural light, lots of open spaces and gardens adorned with flowers and trees, giving the perfect balance between relaxing Goan-Portuguese culture and contemporary luxury.
The First House has 2 large pools, with an unparalleled view of paddy fields, as you relax on the sun- loungers.You can enjoy outdoor barbecues under the mango tree or have evening tea in the cabana overlooking the pools.The well manicured lawns are the perfect setting for a great brunch that carries on to a sundowner.
There is also a hydroponic vegetable garden that provides fresh ingredients for meals should you choose to dine in.
